Raleigh's Unified Development Ordinance Section 8.3.13 permits driveway RV parking under standard conditions. Unlike Charlotte, Raleigh does not require front-yard screening for driveway storage at the city code level. The vehicle must fit on the improved surface, be registered, and be operable.
