Raleigh enforces a 72-hour street limit. Enforcement is primarily complaint-driven.
Research Triangle HOAs
Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina are major suburban communities around Raleigh with significant HOA penetration. Cary in particular has very active HOA communities. Many Research Triangle tech corridor communities have CC&Rs with RV parking restrictions — newer developments from 2010 onward are especially likely to include them.
